Philodesigntech sourcers act as assistants to our clients’ local recruiters. We identify candidates that our clients’ recruiters may not have the time to find or may not know how to discover. Our sourcers work the Indian day shift, which means we start searching for candidates before the client’s workday begins, providing them with a competitive edge.

Each sourcer is equipped with dual monitors, allowing them to search across multiple resources while simultaneously working within an Applicant Tracking System. We use DaXtra, an aggregator that enables our sourcers to capture candidates from various job boards and Philodesigntech’s resume database.
Candidate resumes are uploaded directly into our clients’ Applicant Tracking System or submitted via email. Additionally, the sourcers prepare a separate Candidate Submittal Report for each job order. This report lists every candidate submitted for that job order, including the resume source and their validated contact information. Most importantly, the report ranks each candidate with an explanation that helps the recruiter understand the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses.
