- This was reverse engineering project. Client had some other competitor set up.
- Client needed to build similar product with ease in transporting and ease of operation. Also client wanted to have various setups depending upon requirement

Surveillance system on petroleum trucks
- This was one of the challenging and interesting projects.
- This project aimed to have surveillance system on trucks to track movements intrucks and around the petroleum trucks.
- Customer had 20 variants of trucks and all the trucks are having different cabin style, so challenge was mounting of camera inside the cabin. Design of brackets to mount camera in all 20 trucks with ease
- The main concern was there is no permission for drilling the roof of the cabin to mount the camera.
- 5. I have come up with easy solution and also brackets designed were used as retrofit with least components. Below are images of complete design cycle.

- Client had around 200 AUTOCAD drawings, which he wants to convert in to latest 3D software.

Prusa I3 3D printer case
- This is project to guard the Prusa I3 3D printer from environmental factor.
- The input provided by customer was the printer details
- With the many reference available on web I drafted following concept.
- Client agreed this concept and asked to move ahead with manufacturing ready CAD model and drawings.
- Instead of complete sheet metal enclosure I have combined sheet metal and wood to reduce weight and ease of accessibility.
